Chromebooks and tablets recorded their first quarterly decline in shipments since the onset of the pandemic in 2020, the latest IDC report suggests. Apple has updated its App Store rules to allow developers to contact users directly about payments, a concession in a legal settlement with companies challenging its tightly controlled marketplace.
